Q: How do I change my Credit Card Information?

A: You may change your account information by visiting the My Account section of our website, or by calling 1-800-OHIO-NET (1-800-644-6638).

 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Personal Checks.

 

Q: How do I know if my credit card information is secure?

A: Our sign up page and billing system are protected with SSL Certification.  Your information is encrypted and is safe traveling on the Internet.  Once you are in our database, only our key employees have access to that information and our bound by our privacy policies to protect that information. On our sign up page and "My Account" page, you will see a small padlock in the bottom of the browser.  If you rest your mouse over the padlock, you can see the details of our certification.

 

Q: What address do I mail payment to if I pay by check?

A: Please send to Networld Online, P.O. Box 535, Damascus, MD  20872-0535. If possible, please include your registration number.  Your check can be made out to "Networld Online". 

 

Q: I have moved and need to change my contact information. How do I do this?

A:  You can change your address in the My Account section or by calling 1-800-OHIO-NET (1-800-644-6638).


Q: Are there certain hours that I can call the billing department?

A: Billing support by phone is available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST at 1-877-806-5597 or 1-866-355-8899. If you have an urgent problem with billing, please call our tech support number at 1-800-OHIO-NET (1-800-644-6638).

 

Q:  Is there an email address that I should write to specifically for billing questions? 

A:  Yes, please email billing@nwol.com for questions regarding billing.

 

Q:  What will the charges read on my credit card statement?

A:  When you receive your credit card statement, it will read, "Networld Online".

 

Q:  Who do I contact if I want a refund?

A:  If you have any billing issue, please email billing@nwol.com or call us at 1-877-806-5597 or 1-866-355-8899 and we will review your request on a case by case basis.  Please refer to our Terms and Conditions regarding our refund policy for more information.  Please do not call the bank that hosts your credit card for a "chargeback".  This prolongs the time frame in which you receive your refund, as well as damages our reputation.  We take pride in our company and service and if a refund is called for, we will process it that day.

 

Q:  What if I want to cancel?

A:  Please email us at billing@nwol.com or call our tech support number 24 x7 at 1-800-OHIO-NET.  We do not refund in arrears, so if you choose to cancel, please call as soon as you can to avoid unwanted charges.
